Led by Founder and President Armando J. D’Errico, PDG Homes is rooted in more than two decades of construction and development expertise. A Certified Construction Manager and LEED Accredited Professional, Armando is recognized for his ability to execute complex, large-scale homes with precision and elegance—managing every detail from foundation to finish. His academic background includes advanced degrees in construction management, real estate development, and business, underscoring his holistic approach to building—not only beautiful homes, but generational investments.

Armando J. D’Errico believes a home should be more than a structure—it should tell the story of the people who live within it. As the founder of PDG Homes, he approaches every project with the conviction that true luxury is not measured by size or cost, but by the feeling it evokes when you walk through the door. His work reflects a lifetime devoted to craftsmanship, precision, and the belief that every family deserves a home built with care and purpose.
With over two decades of experience in construction and real estate development, Armando has guided countless clients through the deeply personal process of building their dream homes. Known for his hands-on approach and transparent communication, he transforms vision into form—creating spaces that are both timeless and deeply personal.
Armando’s foundation is as much academic as it is practical. He is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Construction Administration at Columbia University, complementing an already distinguished academic background that includes master’s degrees from Texas A&M University (Construction Management), Fordham University (Real Estate Development), and Saint Peter’s University, where he earned both an MBA and a Master of Science in Accountancy, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
A Certified Construction Manager (CMAA) and LEED Accredited Professional, Armando blends technical mastery with genuine empathy. For him, homebuilding is more than a profession—it’s a calling. Every PDG home is crafted to stand the test of time, not only in structure but in the memories it holds for generations to come.
